Your invoice number is located at the top of your invoice email or printed document. It follows the format: XXXX###-##-#### (e.g., VITL001-01-2025). If you can't find it, please contact our support team.
We accept bank transfers, PromptPay, and mobile banking (coming soon) from major Thai banks including Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, SCB, and Krungthai Bank.
Your payment details never touch our servers. We only receive confirmation from the bank once your payment is complete. For bank transfers, we verify the payment ourselves.
PromptPay and mobile banking payments are confirmed instantly. Bank transfers are typically verified within 48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.
