How it works
Four steps, once
Nothing to install.
Receive your invoice
By email or by post, carrying an invoice number and a QR code that opens it directly.
It looks like VITL001-12-25: the letters are the issuing company, then a running number, then the month and the year.
Find your invoice
Enter the invoice number and the surname it was issued to, or scan the QR code. A 6-digit code confirms it is you.
A printed invoice carries a QR code that opens the same page with nothing to type. Typing the number and the surname does the same.
Pay by transfer or PromptPay
The page shows the amount due and the account it is owed to, and generates a PromptPay QR you can scan from your banking app.
You pay from your own banking app, to the account of the company that issued the invoice, for the exact amount shown.
Get confirmation
A numbered receipt is issued against the invoice once the payment is confirmed, and sent to you by email.
PromptPay is confirmed when the bank reports it. A transfer is checked by our accounts team, usually within one working day.
